Missions, key tasks and responsibilities:
1) Recruitment:
- Support both immediate and future hiring needs, working closely with managers on workforce planning and effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to selection.
2) People Development:
- You support the business in providing the best onboarding experience for new hires.
- Assist the managers with the career development plans for their teams.
- Run performance processes for the functions you support and help facilitate calibration sessions.
- You map talents across your functions and design succession plans with the management.
3) Employee Relations:
- Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters.
4) Organize and oversee all HR administrative processes through the HR system.
