Barrie, Ontario
8am-5pm - Monday to Friday
100% in office
Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, workforce planning, and overall business performance
- Provides guidance on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policy interpretation
- Supports recruitment and talent management activities, including succession planning, onboarding, and retention strategies
- Analyzes HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and recommend improvements in engagement, productivity, and turnover
What we are looking for
- 3 years experience in a similar role (HR and H&S)
- CHRP or CHRL preferred (or at minimum enrolled)
