Q-EQ is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support employee engagement, strengthen employee relations, and partner with the business to drive impactful HR initiatives

What You’ll Do
- Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary processes, and labor-related matters
- Manage onboarding, exit processes, and overall employee lifecycle activities
- Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
- Prepare and deliver HR reports (headcount, attrition, regulatory requirements)
- Support continuous improvement of HR processes and programs
