Our client in the oil and gas industry is seeking a HRBP to join their team. The role will combine organisation design, talent management, line enablement, employee relations, change leadership and workforce planning, etc.
Qualification required: Degree in Human Resources or Psychology Post Graduate degree or studies in related field is preferred Experience required: 7+ years experience in HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role within manufacturing, mining, logistics, refinery, FMCG Broad experience across organisation design, employee relations, talent management and organisational change is essential Experience in a complex, matrixed or fast paced environment (preferred) Demonstrated track record partnering with senior leaders and influencing at senior levels Strong knowledge of local labour law and regulatory requirements (unionised environment) Proven experience with HRIS and data analytics tools (Workday, Success Factors, Power BI, MS Excel)Cape Town
