What You Will Achieve
- Talent Planning & Acquisition: Work closely with business units to analyze current talent status, participate in organizational design and HC planning, and efficiently complete talent acquisition through diversified recruitment channels to support rapid business expansion.
- Strategy Deployment & Business Partnership: Deeply understand business logic and team operation models, facilitate effective implementation of HR strategies within business departments, and act as a partner for business growth.
