Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Support managers with employee performance, coaching, disciplinary processes, and career development initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters in a fair and professional manner.
- Monitor HR trends, analyse workforce data, and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
