Cebu City - IT Park | Hybrid (Onsite First 6 months) | Night Shift (10 PM - 7 AM PH Time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: ₱50K–₱75K+ (based on experience and role fit)
You set the operational pace for how GoTeam’s internal talent remains aligned, accountable, and high-performing as the organization scales. This role exists to own the end-to-end performance lifecycle and employee relations—eliminating ambiguity through structured KPIs and ensuring that internal standards are protected through firm, high-empathy accountability.
Day to day, you move between coaching leaders and enforcing discipline, converting undocumented workflows into structured SOPs, and managing the Justice Gene through formal labor relations processes.
