Position Summary :
This role is responsible for the efficient and effective planning, coordination and administration of all Human Resource functions. This includes: Employment contracts, inductions, performance management processes, recruitment and selection, grievance and conflict resolution, development and negotiations.
Key Requirements :
- Applicable years of industry experience
- Effective at hiring and developing recruitment strategies
- General Human Resources Management
- Understanding of Benefits Administration
- Knowledge of Performance Management
- Effective at employee communication processes
