Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator (EN/FR) to support day-to-day HR operations for one of our valued clients in their office in Markham, ON. In this role, you will serve as a first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and play a vital role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and consistently.
You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, service-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment. This role supports key HR functions including benefits administration, HR systems management, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee communications, while upholding company values and employment standards. Bilingual in French and English is required.
