Auxo is hiring an HR Coordinator for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for the manufacturing and supply chain industry.
You’ll support the day‑to‑day HR and people operations that keep the company running smoothly as the team scales. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑moving startup environment.
You’ll work closely with the Business Operations Manager on onboarding, HR administration, recruiting coordination, employee experience, and operational improvements across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires including documentation, system access, and orientation scheduling
- Manage employee records and HR administration through Rippling
