Position Scope
We are seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to support key HR operations with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support. This role will independently manage high-volume plant operations recruitment while also supporting technical hiring. The HR Coordinator plays an important role in ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for plant operations roles (job posting, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation).
- Support recruitment for technical and engineering positions, including candidate sourcing and coordination with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work closely with hiring managers to support timely and effective hiring decisions.
