HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR – LOCATION: HYBRID – BARCELONA/ALT URGELL

Responsibilities
- Lead the People department.
- Manage and mentor HR team of 3 people.
- People & Culture roadmap
- Be part of the Management Committee
- Establish and manage Human Resources processes.
- Provide support to Corporate in managing key talent across non-European subsidiaries.
- Define and implement HR policies: Talent management, recruitment, selection, retention, etc.
- Supervision and coordination of labor and human resources management with the different subsidiaries in Europe. Management and supervision of the Security/PRL Area.
