The successful candidate will lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR programs, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and scalable people strategies.
Qualifications:
- Have at least 12 years of work experience in all aspects of Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior management position in a fast-paced dynamic people environment, such as retail, FMCG or QSR
