As a HR Director , you will be responsible for the following duties:
Managed all core human resource functions, including talent acquisition, strategic planning, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee relations. Aligned HR initiatives with business objectives by advising leadership teams and driving initiatives to enhance productivity and workplace culture. Developed human capital strategies to support organisational growth and achieve business goals. Designed and implemented recruitment and retention strategies to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent. Provided performance management support to managers through coaching, counselling, career development planning, and disciplinary management where necessary. Collaborated closely with management and employees to strengthen workplace relationships, boost morale, and improve employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
