Job Description
- Coordinate the activities as a team to ensure that the organizations payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Activities of the team may include monitoring attendance, compiling allowances, calculations of overtime, processing payroll, bonus, annual increment, statutory payments and etc.
- Maintaining and updating HRIS to ensure all partners information are up to date.
- Generate monthly payroll related reports.
- Be the subject matter expert to educate and provide advices to partners about company policies and guidelines, including compensation & benefits, leave of absence, health & welfare, insurance/SOCSO, medical, disciplinary matters and etc.
- Manages ongoing, periodic and ad-hoc compensation projects.
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- Good planning, organizing, communications, interpersonal skill.
