Job Description
Support the full spectrum of HR operations for our retail organisation, with a primary focus on HR administration, employee life cycle support, and operational excellence. While this role is mainly operations focused, you may be required to support recruitment and employer branding activities when necessary, depending on business needs. You will also play an active role in HR reporting, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring smooth and compliant HR processes, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.
