Job Responsibilities
HR Duties:
- Manage recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of talent with the right skills.
- Manage onboarding activities for new hires to ensure smooth induction.
- Perform market salary benchmarking.
- Assist in staff engagement initiatives, such as employee surveys, to enhance engagement.
- Support the execution of executive management programmes for Bridge Member Operators.
- Plan and coordinate staff retreat and other employee activities.
- Assist in training activities, including submission of training grants to relevant government agencies.
- Assist in the performance management system to ensure fair and consistent employee assessments.
- Update HR policies in accordance with Singapore employment laws.
