Job Description
As a key member of the HR team, you will ensure the seamless continuity of HR operations during a period of maternity leave. Your primary focus is the accurate execution of monthly payroll across Singapore, Taiwan, India, and Indonesia, while maintaining high standards in Learning & Development (L&D) and Employee Relations.
Duties/ Responsibilities: 1. Multi-Regions Payroll & Compliance- Regional Payroll Management: Execute monthly payroll for Singapore, Taiwan, India, and Indonesia, ensuring compliance with local tax laws and social security contributions (e.g., CPF in Singapore, BPJS in Indonesia).
- Government Claims: Process and submit statutory claims for Childcare, Maternity, Paternity, and NS Leave to the respective government bodies
