Recruitment & Internships
- Post and update job listings on Workday and external job portals
- Coordinate interview scheduling for interns
- Support background checks, security clearance, and reference checks
- Prepare offer letters and internship agreements
Onboarding
- Manage onboarding for new hires and interns, including data entry and documentation
- Coordinate onboarding arrangements with managers (e.g. buddy assignment, work tools setup)
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Process employee and intern movements (transfers, leave, part-time arrangements, extensions, and exits)
