- Manage work pass administration and immigration matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and manage employment-related documentation, including letters and official correspondence.
- Monitor and coordinate re-employment and contract renewal processes in a timely manner.
- Manage the end-to-end resignation process, including conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper documentation of processes.
- Administer and support the performance appraisal cycle, including tracking completion and providing guidance to stakeholders.
- Coordinate and administer compensation processes, including annual wage supplements, bonuses, and incentive schemes.
