Key Roles and Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, fostering a positive and open workplace culture.
- Maintain and update accurate employee P-files and HR databases.
- Assist management in performance appraisal exercises, employee engagement initiatives and any other ad-hoc HR initiatives and activities.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process: drafting job descriptions, posting on job portals, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
