Human Resources Executive

Job Description Responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource functions with key focus on recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and performance management. Liaise with government authorities and agencies such MOM, ICA, CPF Board, etc. on employee related matters. Manage the recruitment process and advertisement; arrange and conduct interview, on-boarding and off-boarding letters and other related matters. Application and renewal on employee work passes Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records for accurate monthly manpower reporting and analysis. Conduct exit interview and analyse data and makes recommendation for corrective action and continued improvement. Responsible in administer monthly renewal of employment contracts.
