This is a newly created role where you’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge and play a pivotal part in bringing HR functions in-house.
Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating employment contracts and managing employee inductions/onboarding
- Updating, developing, and implementing HR policies to meet business needs
- Assisting with legal compliance across HR functions and identifying areas of risk
- Driving performance appraisal reviews and supporting managers and employees as required
- Managing employee relations, both individual and collective
