The Opportunity:
As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be the primary HR resource for FIA. You will coordinate between employees, Human Resources and Legal & Compliance on a variety of employee matters. You will also build and lead HR trainings, oversee the employee exit process, and welcome new employees during their HR orientation.
