What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary HR liaison between employees, managers, Intugo HR, and our Corporate HR team in El Paso.
- Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting, onboarding, new employee orientation, system access, and workforce planning.
- Maintain employee records in Workday, perform audits, analyze workforce trends, and deliver meaningful HR metrics that support business decisions.
