Job Description
Due our opening of our New Plant in Chihuahua City, we are looking for a well rounded Human Resources Generalist:
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related area; preference for a master's degree in Human Resources
- 5+ years of experience working in Human Resources in the areas of:
- Labor relations and solving issues, investigations of compliance
- Recruitment and onboarding of salary positions
- Benefits and compensation analysis, including job pricing
- Performance and cycle management
- Talent development, succession plans
- Training in soft skills, policies and HR procedures
- Bilingual, Spanish - English (Must)
- Experience in manufacturing environmentDesirable experience in TRESS system
- Discretion and problem-solving to handle sensitive employee matters, team player
