The HR Generalist supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The HR Generalist is a key contributing member of the People and Culture team focused on coordinating and administering intermediate level human resources functions such as processing payroll, leave of absences, benefits administration, employee processing from hire to end of employment and retirement. This position will maintain employee files and record retention process and assist the Chief People and Culture Officer (CPCO) with employee inquiries and additional administrative duties.
