As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by managing daily operations, including operator recruitment, transportation coordination, attendance tracking, employee documentation, and overall HR functions. You will help ensure smooth, efficient HR processes while supporting both office and production teams at SINBON MX.
Key Responsibilities
Operator Recruitment
- Manage end‑to‑end operator recruitment process.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Support job postings and hiring events.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements and communication.
- Collaborate with production teams to meet hiring needs.
Transportation Coordination
