We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support full-cycle human resources activities, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with Payroll on compensation, absences, and employee data updates.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with ESA, OHRC, and applicable legislation.
- Assist with onboarding and employee orientation sessions.
- Support HR programs, reporting, and administrative processes.
- Provide general HR support to managers and assist with special projects as needed.
