Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to support a manufacturing organization in Richmond, Virginia. This Contract position will partner closely with HR leadership and the HR team to maintain accurate employee records, support daily administrative activities, and help improve document organization within HR systems. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling sensitive information, has strong Microsoft Office skills, and can work carefully with a variety of personnel files and onboarding documents.
