A healthcare company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations in our Inglewood location. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both employees and organizational goals. The HR Coordinator will assist with onboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, benefits administration support, and general HR compliance functions. Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health settings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Support day-to-day HR administrative functions and employee record maintenance
+ Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and onboarding documentation
+ Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and personnel files
