A leading automotive group is seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist to join their Head Office HR team. This role focuses on industrial relations, HR administration, compliance, and operational HR support within a fast‑paced environment.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- HR Degree or Diploma (or related qualification)
- 3–5 years' experience as an HR Generalist
- Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience
- Strong administrative capability (detail-driven environment)
- Proven experience in HR policy drafting and implementation
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)
- Valid driver's licence
ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Payroll exposure (training can be provided)
- B‑BBEE exposure
- Sage VIP Payroll experience
- MIBCO experience
- Automotive industry experience
