Robert Half has a new direct-hire opportunity for an HR Manager based in Baltimore, MD. This position will sit fully on site for training and then will allow a hybrid work schedule. The Human Resources Manager is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for building, managing, and executing all HR functions within the organization as a standalone department.
