About the Role
Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needs• Work closely with designated business groups, line management and executive teams across all aspects of human resource related areas • Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and / or adopt relevant policies for local implementation• Develop workforce plan and guide talent management activities
• Resolve escalated employee relation matters and recommend potential changes as appropriate based on the root cause of the cases
• Support significant employee life cycle events as appropriate
