Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling basic HR processes for employees in Spain, including onboarding/offboarding procedures, contract filing, and attendance tracking, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Support overseas recruitment coordination, such as resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment progress follow-up.
  • Help organize HR and admin-related documents/reports for the Spain region, maintaining the integrity of employee information files.
  • Collaborate in promoting the implementation of integral HR policies in Spain and participate in cross-cultural communication and coordination.
  • Provide logistical support for employee activities, training sessions, and other related events in Spain to enhance employee experience.
  • Complete other administrative and HR-related tasks assigned by supervisors.
