Job Description
Support the Industrial Relations team by assisting with documentation, investigations, inquiries, and employee engagement in a manufacturing environment.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in preparing and issuing show cause letters, warning letters, and other IR documentation.
- Support the team in conducting preliminary investigations for disciplinary cases.
- Assist in arranging domestic inquiries and taking minutes of inquiry proceedings.
- Help maintain and update IR case records and tracking reports.
- Conduct research on labor laws, regulations, and best practices for reference.
- Provide administrative support for union matters, staff grievances, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in drafting reports and presentations for management on IR-related matters.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives related to employee relations and compliance.
