Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
Coordinate interviews and drive closure of positions within timelines.
Improve quality of hiring and reduce hiring turnaround time.
HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Draft HR letters, policies, warning letters, and employee communications.
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR administration.
Employee Engagement
Conduct employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.
Performance Management
Coordinate KRAs/KPIs and employee performance reviews.
Support managers in performance discussions and improvement plans.
