NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
1) Recruitment and Selection
- Assist with the recruitment activities ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
- Ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process at all times for assigned area of business
- Carry out recruitment activities as in alignment with department budget
- Involved in recruitment projects such as Recruitment Days
2) Human Resources Services
- Assist in all human resources functions such as promotion, salary adjustment, transfer, resignation and termination are executed in accordance with the company policies
- Ensure all HR activities comply with the legal and statutory requirements
