Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of the local team in the U.S., covering roles in sales, channels, projects, delivery, etc. Independently handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation and offer extension, and onboarding execution. Build the localized team and talent pool in the U.S.
2. Proficient in local labor laws, responsible for compliant management of employee contracts and personnel files, implement localized HR policies, and mitigate employment
risks.
3. Oversee the full lifecycle management of employee onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate local payroll, benefits, insurance, leave, and attendance management, and liaise with relevant parties on payroll-related matters.
