Job Description
We are seeking an independent and hands-on HR Manager to lead the setup and management of HR operations in Indonesia for a large multinational F&B client. This role will act as a strategic partner to our client's Singapore HQ, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws while supporting business expansion in the F&B industry.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment laws, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Manage work passes (KITAS), immigration matters, and expatriate employment compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and governance frameworks.
- Lead statutory registrations, reporting, and compliance matters, including BPJS, JKP/JHT/JP, PPh 21, and other government-related requirements.
