About the role
This role is based in PT Indonesia Tri Sembilan (PTITS). The HR Manager will hold the most senior HR role on-site, overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions, including total rewards, talent management, Industrial Relations (IR) compliance, factory operations and administration.
