HR Operations Leadership
- Own end-to-end HR operations
- Establish, refine, and standardize HR policies, SOPs, and process frameworks
- Drive operational efficiency and HR process automation
- Act as escalation authority for HR operational matters
Payroll & Compliance Governance
- Coordinate with finance for payroll
- Validate payroll inputs, approvals, and closures
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance for reconciliations and reporting
- Ensure audit-readiness at all times
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Govern onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
- Cross check Full & Final settlements and clearance processes with finance
- Ensure documentation accuracy and legal compliance
- Strengthen separation management protocols
HRMS & Data Governance
