Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-State Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws (including wage-and-hour laws, meal/rest breaks, pay transparency, and leave laws).
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes; proactively update policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct internal audits of HR, payroll, benefits, and employee relations practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
