Our client, a corporate company in Durban, is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to join their team for a 6-month contract . This person must have excellent attention to detail and be able to provide full admin support to the team. This role requires efficiency, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an AA position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas:

• Onboarding all new employees, dealing with all new employee documentation, benefits, and training required.
• Recruitment, which will include job adverts, interviews, and assessments where required.
• HR Reporting, providing management with all relevant reports.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years' relevant experience working as an HR Admin or Officer.
