Your expertise will directly impact the quality of personnel selected for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). Responsibilities include assessing candidates, conducting behavioral research, and developing training programs that align with military standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with commanders to address human resources issues strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate applicants and recommend appropriate training
• Conduct advanced research and occupational assessments
• Teach courses on leadership and management
• Train counselors in interview and assessment techniques
• Design and implement selection assessment methodologies
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a social science essential
• Relevant experience in psychology or industrial relations
