As a Human Resources Officer you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent team members experience. A Human Resources Officer will also be required to manage team member accommodation transportation and employee government relations related task.
What will I be doing
As a Human Resources Officer you are responsible for overseeing team member accommodation managing government relations and visa processes and supporting HR operations to ensure a seamless and positive team member experience. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Organizes coordinates and manages all matters related to team member accommodation and ensures it conducted in accordance with the accommodation policy and procedure.
