Salt Talent Search is looking for an APAC Work Visa Operations Specialist for 12 months extendable contract role.
What Will You do:
- Case Management: Manage high volumes of APAC immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality stakeholder experience.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely delivery, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Knowledge Management: Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent operations.
- Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
- Compliance & Adaptability: Stay current on APAC immigration regulations and policy changes; demonstrate agility, reliability, and a growth mindset as you adapt to evolving priorities, tools, and workflows.
