Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process including documentation, background verification coordination, and joining formalities
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit
- Drive and support employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems with accuracy
