A client in Florence, KY is looking for a Human Resources Site Manager to join their team. This person will be the main HR point-of-contact for this site location and will oversee 70-80 office employees that will include warehouse personnel, managers, and district managers. Responsibilities will include acting as an advisor to station leadership in all HR functions; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; and communicating the HR initiatives from corporate and ensuring that the initiatives are being utilized throughout the station. On a daily basis, he/she should expect to provide oversight and guidance pertaining to various aspects of human resources like, performance improvement, harassment, discrimination legal/employment issues, etc. Lastly, the ideal candidate will have experience in the recruiting process, that will include facilitating interviews, background checks, and ensuring the onboarding process is executed...
