The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Human Resources (HR Specialist in Classification with responsibility for planning, developing and carrying out the full range of position classification and position management advisory services. Responsibilities Provides position classification services to assigned organizations. Provides position management advisory service in dealing with difficult, complex and often controversial position management issues. Participates in special initiatives, studies, trainings and projects. Prepares written correspondence and other documentation.
